2. How long will it take to deliver my order?
Delivery time between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the workload. These products are shipped from our distribution center.


3. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package.


4. What is Jumbikids' return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Make sure the product is in its original condition and packaging.


5. My order is taking longer than expected. Why? Sometimes an order may take a little longer to arrive than usual, especially during busy periods. It is also possible that something went wrong with the shipping service. We recommend that you contact us immediately in such a case, so that we can prioritize resolving the issue and ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible. However, after the package has been delivered from our distribution center to the post office, we no longer have any influence on the shipping time, as this is in the hands of the shipping service. For example, if the package is lost by the shipping service, we will resend the product entirely at our own expense.
